I have stayed here three times now as it is a half way point to my family up north. I love the privacy and the large rooms, especially the large shower room and en suite private hot tub. On my second visit I was originally put in a room that felt run down, and when I saw that the place was not busy at all I went to the front desk and politely asked for a different room, and also asked that in the future if they were not busy I would appreciate the best room available, and that is exactly what I got. And they assured me it would not happen again. I was polite and they were polite back and very accommodating. The rooms are reasonably priced and I felt safe. Will definitely be staying again on my next trip home!
Great location, safe area. Place is kept clean in parking lot, plenty of parking. The staff were very nice over the phone and in person. The room was very large. The shower didn't stop running all the way and the sink handles were loose. Besides that everything else worked great. There was a ton of instructions on how to use everything. Jacuzzi was nice, bed was comfortable and there was even a fire place (bring your own wood) . I already recommended it to a friend and we will be back soon. Thank you to the staff
The place was amazing. Rooms are auper clean. The pictures does it no justice the rooms are more beautiful in person They allowed me to check in a few hours early to decorate the room for my Fiancé bday he loved it. My daughter has cancer and loves hello kitty gave me a free hello kitty key chain to give to her I almost teared up. We most definitely will be coming back
The room was simply beautiful, and the jacuzzi was amazing with its powerful jets and hot water, so relaxing. The location was great! Close to stores, restaurants, and the casino! The man at check in was so nice, and worked well with accommodating me, excellent costumer service! My boyfriend and I will definitely be back, and I strongly recommend this place for a couples get away! Thank you Inn of the Dove for a wonderful stay!
Honestly it was fantastic. From the check in to check out we were really impressed. It was our first time in one of these “Romantic” inns and we were a little nervous as to it being a good experience. But it was clean and tasteful with everything we needed for a weekend alone! Highly recommend to all looking to get away with their partners!
This place was a great choice it was affordable, the room was big, the bed was comfortable and the shower was big enough for 2 people. We had a hot tube but didn't get the chance to use it nor the fireplace due to we went exploring to different restaurants and the casino. The staff is very friendly and nice. The only thing I didn't like was the table wasn't big enough for us to eat our food on and the shower door had a little bit of mold on it on the bottom strip and that was it. But for the years it has been open its been kept up pretty good.
Overall a lovely property. The red room could use a good deep clean and probably a re-paint but it's nice. The wall above the fireplace has soot marks on the wall and there was residue in the shower from previous guest. We didn't report it but did notice it. The bed was very springy and relatively comfortable but my bed at home is hard to match...the shower was great, had 2 shower heads and had plenty of room for 2 people to shower and there was a bench the length of the wall. The whirlpool was nice just make sure the water is above the jets before turning them on....it makes a real mess!
First time booking this hotel for my anniversary with my husband had little hiccups here and there with the room but the staff was accommodating. If you don’t pay for them to decorate it, they do allow you to go in early to decorate your room. They give you a complementary bottle of wine when you check in, shower is spacious. If you’re planning to get in the hot tub just bring hot tub cleaner to clean out the jets, I recommend to bring an extra pillow or head support and bring a Roku stick or any type of device that can connect to the TV for entertainment. But other than that if you stay positive and focus on your time with your partner you’ll have an amazing time. I also recommend going to the Korean bbq & hot pot place that’s near the hotel it’s really amazing.
